Yes. Plenty of hosts use TriviaFlow for a single wedding, work party or fundraiser. Go Premium for the month, then cancel from your billing page straight after the event. You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for and won’t be charged again.
Up to 5 devices on the Free plan, which is enough to try a full game with friends. Premium supports up to 100 devices per game, and teams can share one phone if your crowd is bigger.
Just one device to run the game. Players answer on their own phones. For a room, we recommend connecting a laptop to a TV or projector so everyone can see the questions and leaderboard, but it isn’t required.
Start a game and put the QR code on screen. Players scan it and join in their browser, with no app to download. You can let latecomers join mid-game, and if a phone dies, the player can rejoin and pick up with their score intact.
Yes. Every answer is marked automatically. Type the Answer and music rounds use AI-assisted marking, and you can override any call. Turn on auto-advance and TriviaFlow runs the timer, reveals each answer and moves to the next question. You set the answer time for each question type, from 5 seconds to 2 minutes, and can reward fast answers with speed scoring.
Yes. Press “Enable Rounds” when setting up your game. You can reveal answers after every question or save them for an end-of-round review, and the leaderboard updates between rounds.
